Tom's Epi

A friend got this guitar for free and told me "make it good, make it cheap." He gave me a neck, a body, two pots, and six tuners in a garbage bag. The body was totally covered in colored duct tape. Somebody had started a nasty route for a humbucker. I made a nut, dressed the frets, oiled the tuners, cleaned and oiled the fretboard, gave the body a good cleaning and buffing, and made a pick guard that would hide some nasty marks and cover the open cavity around the GFS P-90. I was really happy with this pickup, and I'm picky about my P-90s. It sounds great.
